Colleges Meet Growing Vegetarian Demand
Vegetarianism is more popular than ever, particularly on college campuses. In fact, a study by Aramark, a leading food service provider, concluded that nearly a quarter of college students are actively seeking vegan options when they sit down to eat, for reasons ranging from their own health, to environmental concerns, and cruelty to animals. In addition, according to UTICAOD.com, 40 percent of college students are requesting vegetarian options in their dining halls. I support PETA just because they spread vegetarianism, veganism, AR, etc etc so well, but I never liked them that much.
