Once again, vegan diet reaps health benefits of all.
The following BBC news says that Vegan diet can help Arthritis patients.
This is not the first time I heard that arthritis patients can cure themselves with vegan diet, however. In the book "Green for Life", the author Victoria Boutenko completely cures her longtime arthritis and rest of her family's diseases (i.e. diabetes, asthma, etc.) by going raw vegan. Although she went completely raw, I think we can still benefit from fresh fruits and vegetables intake to our own treasured body, no dead animal products (that clogs our arteries) needed.
Please don't be fooled by the last comment that vegan diet may be "difficult" to obtain all nutrients. Please don't forget that the giant meat industry reads these news and probably strictly forbid going 100% positive about a vegan diet (Read: Less advertisement deals for you, [insert medium here]!).
