Do you drink diet sodas? Millions of people drink diet sodas every day, perhaps hoping to reduce their caloric intake and be healthier. I mean, didn't the government approve this sweetener as safe? American Diabetic Association seems to believe that replacing sugar with these artificial sweeteners is the right way to treat diabetes, after all.

Or is it...?

If you believe their decisions were somehow right then you are in for a big fat surprise! The following documentary explains why aspartame is a toxic poison and why you never want to put this in your body.

I personally used to drink tons of diet sodas, thinking it must be healthier, especially after reading an article featured in one of the women's health magazines (which said that most of them are safe). I had no question about it. I also replaced sugar for artificial sweeteners, thinking it can somehow help me lose weight, for many years. (And no, I was not a vegetarian, during those times. Duh!) And I believe I paid a price for it. I am just glad that I found this movie earlier than later, thanks to one of my good friends.

It's ironic, because nowadays, health magazines are saying that artificial sweeteners actually make you gain more weight, a study suggests.

Aspartame is not safe. In fact, it's dangerous and toxic. A total of 92 different symptoms and health conditions were reported by physicians and consumers including the following top offenders.

- Headache

- Dizziness

- Change of mood

- Vomiting or nausea

- Change of mood

- Abdominal pain and cramps

- Change in vision

- Diarrhea

- Seizures and convulsions

- Memory loss

- Fatigue, weakness

- Other neurological symptoms

- Rash

- Sleep problems

- Hives

- Change in heart rate

- Itching

- Gran mal

- Numbness, tingling

- Local swelling

- Change in activity level

- Difficulty breathing

- Oral sensory changes

- Change in menstrual pattern

- Other miscellaneous symptoms

These are just a few of their short-term effects, but you have no idea what the long-term effects are for these poisonous additives! And the multi-million dollar business could care less about that. The possible ailments that could be led by this toxic sweetener include a number of neurological disorders and other diseases.

If you, or your loved one, drinks diet soda or puts aspartame in their drinks or baked goodies, then I strongly recommend you watch this video. It is a must-see that can literally save your life!

Diet sodas taste gross, which is why I don't drink them. Good to know that they are neurological disorders in a can!

In my view diet sodas are no better than ordinary sugar-rich sodas. No nutrition. Nothing that is good. Just a bunch of stuff that is sure to cause problems down the line. Let's rather teach kids about juicing for health!

Proper nutrition requires ingestion and absorption of fibers, vitamins, minerals, and food energy in the form of carbohydrates, proteins, vegetable oils, and fats. A particular diet may be chosen to seek weight loss or weight gain. Changing a subject's dietary intake can change the energy balance and increase or decrease the amount of fat stored by the body. Some foods are specifically recommended, or even altered, for conformity to the requirements of a particular diet. Thanks.
