Too May Eggs Raises Risk of Death

submitted by equanimity
Just came in is the news that seven or more eggs a week raises risk of death, according to a 20-year study.

Although this article tries not to attack the watchful poultry industry by including a quote: "they can [still] be part of an overall heart-healthy diet", I believe that heart-conscious consumers should limit their intake on eggs.

They are animal products, after all, which increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, by clogging up the arteries, just as barbecue chicken wings would.

Think about it. Chickens are fed genetically modified corn and all kinds of antibiotics and drugs to make them stay alive until they are killed. And where do eggs come from? These drugged chickens! No wonder eating eggs is not the healthiest in the world. If you must, get the organic ones

No more eggs in my Pad Thai, please.

Yeah, I am glad that I finally gave up eating eggs. It's scary to find out more and more as you grow up that the "healthy" foods promoted by our society are not healthy at all.
